Consultation Work

I am now available for Consultation work and speaking events in the Gippsland Region (in person), or Australia wide online.

 

What does this mean or entail?

 

I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to be able to speak confidently and informatively on topics of inclusiveness and neuro-affirming methods and techniques.

 

As a previous Change Manager, Teacher and HR Manager; I can also consult with your school/university/TAFE, business, medical/therapist office, care centre or organisation on how to become a more inclusive and affirming workplace, educational space, therapist or employer.

 

I’m happy to discuss each organisation's current situation and future goals in a free initial consultation; to examine the unique cultural setting and individual needs.

 

I can help your organisation to identify current methods, techniques, surroundings/ environments and policies that are inhibitive or problematic to neurodivergent or otherwise disabled employees, volunteers, clients, patients, residents and students of all ages. And I can help you become an employer/ therapist or learning space of choice, who improves their satisfaction ratings, and retention rates for better outcomes for all.
