RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Change of Mind Purchases
All orders are final once an order is submitted through our website. MCKAY & MCKAY are unable to refund change of mind purchases outside the specified window of 30 days.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. MCKAY & MCKAY is not obliged to accept goods that are not damaged or defective for return.
Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of MCKAY & MCKAY.
Warranties
MCKAY & MCKAY’s goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty only extends to the original purchaser of the product. If the original purchaser transfers the products to a different owner, the product warranty is void. The purchaser must provide a proof of purchase at the time of making a claim.
MCKAY & MCKAY products come with a 6-month warranty for faulty or defective products that begins from the date of delivery. We strongly encourage our customers to check the product on receipt and report any faulty products within 30 days of delivery. In the event that a product is used where a fault has been identified, this may void the warranty.
The following damage is not covered by this warranty:
- Improper use.
- Use of accessories not purchased from us.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidents.
- Improper assembly.
- Improper storage.
- Failure to follow any cleaning and maintenance guidelines.
- Modifications or alternations made to the product.
MCKAY & MCKAY reserve the right to choose whether a product will be repaired, replaced or refunded during the warranty process. All shipping and re-stocking fees during this process are at the customer’s expense. Please also note that the any cost of returning any products during the warranty process is not covered under the warranty; shipping and any re-stocking costs will be decided at the discretion of MCKAY & MCKAY.

MCKAY & MCKAY and its officers, employees, agents, licensors, partners, and affiliates hereby disclaim all conditions, representations, and warranties, whether expressed or implied, with regard to this website to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness of any goods purchased through this site for any particular purpose. MCKAY & MCKAY makes no guarantees for the accuracy of the documents, the products or services, the correction of flaws, or the absence of viruses or other dangerous elements from our website or its server.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that our website is accurate, reliable and up-to-date information, we do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the result of the use of any document, product, service, link or information in its website or as to their correctness, suitability, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (“Consumer Law”) defines a consumer. Under the Consumer Law We are a supplier of either goods or services or both to you, and as a consumer the Consumer Law gives you statutory guarantees.
If you are a consumer within the meaning of Schedule 2 of the Consumer Law of our goods or services then we give you a warranty that at the time of supply of any of our goods or services to you, if they are defective then:-
a) Provide again or rectify any goods or services or part of them that are defective; or
b) Wholly or partly recompense you if they are defective.
We do not provide any warranty for any goods or services of a third party ordered through our App or website. By ordering goods or services of a third party through Our website, you agree that we will not be responsible for any issue of the goods or services of a third party. You also agree to waive all legal responsibilities, to the extent permitted by law, against us in relation to any goods or services provided by a third party.
The applicable law in your state or territory may not permit these exclusions, particularly the exclusions of some implied warranties. Some of the above may not apply to you but you must ensure you are aware of any risk you may be taking by using this website or any products or services that may be offered through it.
