PRICES & DELIVERY OF GOODS

 

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Shipping rates and fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery may take between 7 and 28 days, depending on the delivery option selected. Bulky or remote orders may take longer depending on the quantity of the goods purchased or chosen location for shipping. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. To the fullest extent permissible by law MCKAY & MCKAY is not responsible for goods once they are dispatched including for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of goods damaged in transit or lost items is made at the discretion of MCKAY & MCKAY.

 

MCKAY & MCKAY may from time to time be required to back-order products from our manufacturer that are limited or out of stock at the time of placing an order. The time to re-stock and deliver any products that require a back-order from our manufacturer may vary as our manufacturer is located overseas and re-stock of products is subject to overseas shipping times. MCKAY & MCKAY will notify you prior to placing an order if a product is limited or out of stock.

 

MCKAY & MCKAY do not warrant that any products purchased by you that require a back order from our manufacturer will be restocked in a timely manner and you accept MCKAY& MCKAY is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, claim or damage for delay in receipt of orders that are subject to back-orders.

 

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
